Accoona Global LLC - Executive - Customer Care (1-3 yrs)

- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers and Partners for general queries relating to Orders, products, procurement, shipping, and other E-comm-related verticals.

- Quickly respond to customer calls, web cases, emails, and chats.

- Deliver a high level of service and provide prompt resolution to ensure customer satisfaction

- Strive to impress customers with exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver additional value to the customer, thereby driving customer loyalty.

- Facilitate a positive and productive team environment

Nice to have :

( Male candidates only ; (shift time -5.30 to 2.30 pm US Time)

- Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

- Excellent English business communication skills (Read, Write and Speak) with US accent.
