Accolite - Customer Support Role (2-3 yrs)
Job Description
As a customer support specialist, your responsibilities will include answering customer emails, processing orders, and occasionally answering phone calls. You will also support existing users in using our products on multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux).
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Experience with desktop operating systems (Mac / Windows), Microsoft Office, and other software
- Previous experience in a customer support/service role desirable, but not required
- Extra consideration given for :
- Experience with installation, troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining desktop operating systems (Mac / Windows) and software
