AccioJob is a Y-Combinator backed startup founded by IIT Delhi Alumni, solving the employability problem in India. We aim to revolutionise the Indian Education landscape by making it more result oriented. We run a 6-Month Program for college students/graduates to upskill themselves and break into Software Dev roles at top tech companies. Our program is a Pay After Placement program; our students pay us only after getting placed with a minimum CTC of 5 LPA.

About the role:

It's an opportunity to understand the ins and outs of the Ed-tech industry, especially the execution of various business development and sales strategies. We're looking for a super energetic, process-oriented hustler passionate about making India a developer powerhouse.

Responsibilities:

- Be a mentor and guide potential learners, act as career advisor for students

- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how AccioJob can transform their career

- Commitment to customer satisfaction, drive exemplary customer experience

- Driving sale conversions and achieving given targets

- Liaison with business teams for upcoming events, programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.

- Ability to work on multiple projects.

- Ready to take ownership of the projects and believes in outcomes.

Details:

- Salary Breakup: 3.6 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable (post 1 month successful training completion)

- 6 days a week

- 10am to 7pm
