Position: Customer Support Executive/Helpdesk executive.
Location: Lower Parel.
Salary Range: 14k to 18k Inhand

Job Description:
Handling Inbound Calls and Emails for Systems/Software Support to be provided to Clients/Brokers.
To resolve queries of institutions and investors regarding KYC processes and application - to handle queries both on emails and calls within stipulated TAT.
- To follow-up with institutions to make necessary amendments to records.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system
- To liaise with Business and IT support teams to ensure queries are resolved or are appropriately escalated.
- To capture suggestions received from institutions during query handling and convey the same to Business teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Positive and healthy attitude towards work
- Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- Fluency in English, Additional languages known would be an added advantage
- Pleasant tone and pace of speech
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center/Helpdesk of any nature
- Proficient in handling multiple computer applications at the same time.
