Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in inside sales, telesales, or academic counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Sunday off)
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Description:
We are hiring Academic Counselors (Inside Sales) to join our team and drive UG/PG course enrollments online. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their educational aspirations, and guiding them toward the right courses. If you have strong sales skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for education, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and counsel prospective students on suitable UG/PG courses through calls, emails, and online interactions.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, benefits, and career prospects.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and ensure a seamless admission process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance sales strategies and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, telesales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach.
