Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our EdTech platform team.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our platform by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, key trends, and the competitive landscape within the education technology sector.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to effectively position our EdTech platform in the market.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech platform.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential clients.
- Sales Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements against targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends and the ability to articulate the benefits of our platform.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
