Job Summary :


- The Academic Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students into our academic programs.


- This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential students and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Recruitment: Identify and engage with prospective students through various channels, including online platforms, educational fairs, school visits, and community events.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets and drive student enrollment growth.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners to promote our academic programs.

Consultation: Provide detailed information and guidance to prospective students and their families about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospective students to ensure a smooth enrollment process and address any concerns or questions.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our programs.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities and provide regular reports on enrollment progress and sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently

- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
