Mandatory:

- Masters or Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineers/MBAs with strong subject knowledge of Class 11 - 12 school-board curriculam

- Should have a minimum of 6 months experience in developing or delivering Maths or Science content for classes 11 - 12.

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Ability to conduct high-energy, personalized counselling and demo sessions online.

Preferable:

- Has worked in an ed-tech company and understands the various ed-tech platforms and their features.

- Has experience in delivering online classes or in creating video lectures

- Has prior experience with student counselling

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Academic Expert to join the Inside Sales Business. As an Academic Expert, you will be engaged with potential customer-students and their parents in the class 11- 12 segment.

- You will connect with them over online video conferencing and understand their academic aspirations and current learning gaps. By leveraging your knowledge of the various curriculam linked to school boards, their exam formats and learning theory.

- You will then provide them with a comprehensive and personalized demonstration of our ed-tech platform and show them how the organisation's award-winning platform can help them achieve their academic goals.

- If you are student-centric, with experience in Class 11-12 curriculum development or delivery and have excellent communication and rapport-building skills, we- d love to talk to you!
