Academic Executive - Sales - EduTech (0-2 yrs)

Minimum 1 - year of relevant experience working in the Ed-Tech industry
Roles & Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for the achievement of individual and company goals through :
- Communicate effectively with the students and motivate them to seek admissions
- Actively work with the college teams to execute marketing initiatives and achieve an organic inflow of leads
- Maintain a database of students through follow up, engagement to provide timely support to student
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to enroll with SkilloVilla as a solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
- Will have to own end to end ownership of the sales funnel and drive revenue
- Will have to achieve monthly targets and contribute to achieving company goals
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students) behavior
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Engineering background and industry experience is an added advantage
- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
- 0-1 year experience [Freshers are also applicable]
