Academic Counselor - Sales - EduTech (1-6 yrs)

Job Description:

A start-up in the Education Technology domain is looking for passionate sales professionals Inside/ Telesales executives(B2C)/ Educational Counsellors to contribute to generating revenue. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone. The position will be in Bangalore (Marathalli). If you are a self-starter and have a burning desire for Sales, chasing aggressive targets, fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team, then this role is just for you.

Responsibilities:

- The Educational Counsellor/ Inside Sales Associate would be responsible for Counseling prospective candidates about course offerings over phone and face-to-face, by the leads provided by the company and following a diligent process towards converting leads to customers.

- Hot Leads calling of 80+ and should be able to achieve the utilization rate of 80% ( We don- t believe in cold calling )

- Should be able to differentiate between a sales pitch and educational counselors pitch

- Go the "extra mile", to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

- Showcase Good Customer Analysing skills and Objection handling skills.

- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition to the marketing team

- Coordinate between internal departments like Training, Customer service, collection team etc ...

- Generate pipeline

- Maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

- Should have excellent command over English.

- Excellent Probing skills - ask questions to understand customer requirements, match pace, create urgency, and close sales

- Process-oriented

- Result focused

- Revenue driven

- Sales Planning & Customer Experience.

- Comfortable with Google sheets/ Excel & CRM (Leadsquared preferred )

- Any graduate/12+/Diploma

- Minimum experience of 1- 3 years in Inside B2C sales is preferred. (Sales Background of Credit cards/ Insurance/ Education technology will surely be preferred more).

- Fresher's who has a passion for sales and want to earn good incentives can also apply

Timings: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM

- Work from office only (Location - Marathalli)

- Day shift

- Weekend work mandate
