Academic Counselor - Sales - Education (5-7 yrs)

- Design and continuously evolve the Admission Process for efficiency and effectiveness

- As the first touch point of the school to the prospective parents/guardians, you will be responsible to engage positively using various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.

- Provide detailed and accurate information about the curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular activities to the prospective parents.

- Handhold the parents/guardians through the admission process.

- Conduct informational sessions for the parents/ guardians to showcase the features and USP of our school.

- Responsible for all tours of the play school for prospective parents/guardians and existing parents, highlighting key features and facilities.

- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

- Engage with all the internal and external stakeholders keeping core values of the organization in the forefront thereby creating a meaningful experience for all associated parties.

- Responsible for planning, executing and leading admission drives and related events (inhouse, outbound, online etc.)

- Actively engage and where required lead on promotional activities/events to attract prospective parents.

- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Ensure timely, swift and value based engagement with the prospective and existing parents/guardian for any admissions related questions/ queries/ concerns

- Document management

Requirements :

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Sales, marketing and Psychology, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5-7 years in a similar role, preferably with an International curriculum.

- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with young children.

- Excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with the parents/ guardians to create a positive engagement through the process

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.

- Familiarity with admission processes and documentation requirements.

- Ability to work on systems, processes , tools required to execute the roles and responsibilities effectively

- Be open to work with flexibility to ace.
