Academic Counselor - Sales - Education (1-6 yrs)
The candidate is responsible to interact with students and individuals to sell courses/certification programs provided by NIIT
Experience
- 1 year to 5 years of experience as Telesales/Telemarketing or Tele Counselor mandatory
- If worked in more than one company must have the stability of 14 months average in each company
- Must have B2C telesales experience
- Experience in Education / Training preferred
- Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT's mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions
