Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore, Karnataka

CTC Offered: 25,000 - 28,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective parents, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them understand the value of a Birla Open Minds education. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide detailed information about the school, admission process, and curriculum.

2. Counsel parents about the benefits of Birla Open Minds International School and guide them in selecting the right educational path for their children.

3. Manage and follow up on admissions inquiries, ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

4. Coordinate and support during admission sessions, conducting school tours and facilitating application processes.

5. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the school's admissions goals.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission journey.

7. Maintain accurate records of all communication and admissions data in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in counseling, customer service, or sales, preferably in an educational environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with parents and students.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

- Prior experience in admissions, education, or a related field is a plus.

- Immediate joiner preferred.

Working Hours & Days:

- Hours: 9 hours per day

- Days: Sunday working during admission sessions (1 fixed day off during the week)

- Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews via Google Meet.
