Experience Required : 0-3 Years
Compensation :
- Experience < 2 Years: - 4L Fixed + - 2L Variable
- Experience - 2 Years: - 5L Fixed + - 1L Variable
- Top Performer (with proof of last 3 months' incentives) : - 6L Fixed + - 2L Variable
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct consultative outbound and follow-up calls daily with prospective students and their parents.
- Schedule appointments and conduct demo sessions daily.
- Understand customer profiles and learning problems, explaining the implications of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for Infinity Learn course offerings through structured counseling sessions.
- Handle objections and negotiate prices to generate sales revenue.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to meet and exceed sales targets.
Desired Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with professional presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (6 days a week).
- Equipped with broadband service and a laptop/desktop with functional audio/video plugins.
- Strong interest in education.
- Target-driven with a problem-solving approach.
- Passion for mentoring students.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to position ideas effectively.
Academic Qualification :
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
Working Days :
- 6 days working week
