Our Client is an online platform for learning foreign languages for Kids, Teens & Adults.
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Help students develop academic plans in accordance to their skills, talents and strengths.
- Diligently communicating and priming the leads through channels like email, WhatsApp & calls.
- Initiating telephonic conversations with potential leads and prospects.
- Carrying out the sales process to attract new clients & maintaining fruitful relationships with them and addressing their needs effectively.
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities.
- Assisting the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
- Achieving targets in a high pressure performance driven environment.
- Maintain records of all the client data on the CRM.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Counsellor role, ideally within the EdTech industry.
- Experience within Sales Training and Tertiary (Under Graduate/Graduate Education) would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
