Academic Counsellors

We are looking for a smart and Dynamic Counselling Professionals who will be responsible for supporting the business in managing student/ parent interaction at our locations. The successful applicant would thrive on a challenging role, and look for innovative solutions to student concerns that may arise from time to time. They would thrive on working with the student and find personal pride in helping each student realize their dream. What you would be expected to do:

- Presentable person with at least 2-3 years of work experience in overseas education primarily USA/UK market.

- Counsel students and parents for studying abroad

- Candidate should have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills

- While we will provide training on our range of products upon joining, the applicant should be able to work on shortlist for various programs (UG/MS/MBA)

- Should have basic computer knowledge and research skill

- Adaptable to different roles/responsibility

- As part of the business, we often participate in or organize student/ parent interactions. We expect that the member joining our team would be an active participant in all events

- Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking

- Exposure and Experience of other international study abroad destinations will be an added advantage

- Person should be open to learning and sell various products/services being offered by the company

- Candidate will be given complete training, however, should be a quick learner.

Successful Candidate would have :

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a progressive organization

- Education: Must be a Graduate

- Strong articulation and presentation

- A great - Can do- attitude

- Adaptability

- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills

- Customer service orientation
