Academic Counsellor - Sales - Education (1-10 yrs)
- Lead Conversion, generating revenue for the courses/programs assigned and achieving the monthly targets assigned.
- Counseling prospective candidates for programs/courses and pitching the suitable course to the prospective enquirers.
- Handling inquiries - walk ins, telephonic, emails etc. and documenting the same in the company's CRM software.
- Assisting in marketing related activities.
1. Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
3. Capture student profile.
4. Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options (local and international) available.
- CAT, CLAT, BBA, BMS,HM, GMAT, UG & PG Programs
5. Student Conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the centre.
6. Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system.
