Hiring : Academic Counselor for Leading EdTech Firm

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Academic Counselors to join our team and help drive sales in the booming EdTech industry.

- Language Requirements : We are looking for candidates who are proficient in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Experience :

A minimum of 6 months of EdTech sales experience is required. This role is ideal for candidates who are goal-driven and have a proven track record in sales within the education technology sector.

Job Responsibilities :

- Counseling potential students and parents about various educational courses and programs.

- Handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-ups, and driving sales.

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions that match their academic goals.

- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

- Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and strategies.
