Academic Counsellor - Sales - EdTech (1-3 yrs)
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor - Inside Sales - Edtech . The role involves tasks such as student counseling, communication with clients and students, career counseling, academic advising, and providing education-related guidance and support.
1. Student Counseling :
- Provide guidance to students regarding course selection and career opportunities.
- Identify students' needs and match them with appropriate academic programs.
2. Inside Sales :
- Convert leads into successful enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits.
- Conduct webinars, presentations, and calls to promote courses and meet sales targets.
3. Client and Student Interaction :
- Engage with students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build strong relationships to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
4. Career Counseling :
- Advise students on career paths and industry trends related to the courses offered.
- Help students understand how programs align with their long-term goals.
5. Academic Support :
- Assist students with the enrollment process, documentation, and application deadlines.
- Provide information about course structures, modules, and prerequisites.
6. Educational Guidance :
- Act as a reliable resource for students seeking advice on academic and career decisions.
- Address concerns and ensure students feel supported throughout the process.
