We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Counsellor intent on providing unparalleled guidance and support to students navigating their academic paths. Responsibilities :

- Offer guidance to students regarding Film School course selections, career plans, and post-graduation paths

- Provide students with information and resources to aid their academic decisions

- Help identify educational/learning issues and collaborate with students to develop academic improvement plans

- Coordinate with instructors and parents, where applicable, to support students' education

- Maintain and update Excel sheets.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 1 years' experience in the field of academic or career counselling, preferably within an educational institution, is required for this role.

- An Undergraduate or Graduate in similar field, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrable experience in counselling or advising

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and time management skills.

- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
