Academic Counsellor - Education (1-6 yrs)
Currently we are hiring for India's leading Ed-tech company !!
Location - Work from home (Permanent)
Experience - Minimum 6months in inside sales/tele-sales/educational sales/outbound sales/business development/B2C Sales
Notice Period - Immediate/15 days
Education - BSC/MSC/B.Tech/M.Tech (if candidate is selling NEET/JEE in Ed-tech company,any graduation or post graduation course can be considered)
Age - Strictly not more than 29 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents
- Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents
- Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for company course offerings through a structured Counselling Session with the student and the parents
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed Sales target(s)
Desired Profile of the candidate :
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of customer (students and parents) behaviour
- Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation
- Since the role will be permanent work from home, the candidate should have broadband service and a laptop/desktop with functional audio/video plugins.
