Academic Counsellor - EdTech (1-4 yrs)
Role Summary :
We are looking for an admission Counselor who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
As an Admission Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice,
- Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of up Grad's model of online/blended learning.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing
- Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
- Experience in EdTech
- Sales would be an advantage.

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable
