Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (1-5 yrs)
- Academic Consultant(AC) plays the role of Frontline Salesperson.
- AC demonstrates the product and its use to potential customers.
- Assists customers in subscribing to the product.
- Advise student/ parents in their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Generate revenue through counseling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as a solution.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
Desired Qualification :
- MBA (Sales and Marketing) preferred.
- Prior Education industry experience is an added advantage.

Profile :
- Graduate with 0 to 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent Sales skills
- Good negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under challenging work environment
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Fast-learner and self-motivated
- Bring your own device BYOD to work (Laptop mandatory, reimbursed as per policy)
- Good communication skills (English and Regional)
