Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)

One of our esteemed client is India's leading edtech company with a mission to Make Learning Personalized.

They are looking to hire "Academic Consultants" (30 Nos) for thier Andheri branch. Candidates in and around Andheri and nearby area only need to apply. Candidates from Kalyan / Thane / Navi Mumbai are not preferred.

CTC On offer is 3 to 5 lacs per annum. INCENTIVES EXTRA (UPTO 7.5 LACS PER ANNUM)

Work Timings : 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Weekly Off : Tuesdays.

Candidate from following Industries are preferred who has done Direct B2C Sales - Education / Holiday / Insurance / Portal Sales / Media.

Brief JD :

- Advise student/ parents for their learning Sessions

- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions, Understand Customer profile, learning methods

- Create the need for Smart Subscription as solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

Candidate Profile :

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior

- Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum

- Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales, Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment

- Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation

- Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations

- Good to have a 2-4 years B2C sales experience

- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
