Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-5 yrs)
Job Description / Responsibilities / Requisites :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Age: Below 28 years
Experience:
- 6 months- 5 Years in B2c Sales/ B2C marketing, Insurance sales, Educational sales, academic counselling, Admission counselling with excellent communication skills.
- MBA freshers
Mandatory :
- B2C sales/ marketing experience
- English and Local language (Kannada for Bangalore)
- Bike, Laptop and Android phone
- Willing to work in extended shifts may be upto 10 PM (as it is an after school program)
- Age below 28 years
- Availability for 19th or 20th October 2019 and Time
- Preferably male candidates only (as they have to visit clients between 5pm-10pm)
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum
- Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Have good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory) with professional presentation
- Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
Education: Any Degree / MBA / BE - Btech
