Job Description / Responsibilities / Requisites :
- Calling on the leads provided to them and fixing appointments with the Students & Parents
- Doing home visits to understand the need enhanced and giving a demonstration of the product
- Explain the pricing & packages to the parent and sell the product
- Develop month- on- month sales models for proven business growth
- Understanding the need/prerequisite of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr's subscription
- To update the CRM
- Hand over the financial instruments (cash/cheque/finance forms/etc./receipts)
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer/customer (students and parents) behaviour
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
- Good Communication skills in English & Regional language
- Should have a Laptop, 2 wheeler (mandatory for all location except Mumbai), driving license and an android smart phone.
