Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities: -
1) Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
2) Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
3) Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods
4) Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
5) Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
6) Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Academic Consultant at Toppr:
1) Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally.
2) Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.
3) Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
4) Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
Have good communication skills in English and the regional language (Kannada) with a professional presentation
Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
