Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-3 yrs)
Designation:- Academic Consultant (AC): Fieldwork
1. Laptop is mandatory
2. Local transportation for demos, hotel stay and travel for relocation candidates will be provided by the company.
3. Mondays and Tuesdays will be week-off for BDTs.
4. Apart from week-off, only one leave in 6 weeks of training is provided.
5. Stipend is 25000-post deduction,take home salary is 21200.
6. Date of joining will be Tuesdays.
7. Monday will be the cut-off for selections.
8. No hiring from BYJU's subsidiary companies.
9. Revenue target in OJT is 25000 per week. Overall 1 lakh for 4 weeks.
10. Compensation offered post training is 7 lakhs fixed and 2 lakhs variable. (No cap on maximum earning potential)
11. Attendance criteria - 2 hrs of daily talktime and 7 demos in a week.
Job Description:-
- Cold calling and scheduling the face-to-face meet with parents
- Conducting structured counselling sessions of students
- Analysing the student's needs and helping them to buy the right subscription
- Keeping a strong follow up and solving their doubts
- Focusing to achieve the aligned targets
Job Specification:-
Age:- 35 years max
Gender:- Male
Required Experience:- Freshers OR Minimum 1 year in B2C sales
Qualification:- Any graduate (BSc / BE / BTech / MBA / PGDM preferred)
Preferred Industry:- EdTech, Ecommerce, BFSI, Medical & Health, IT
Decent English communication & regional language
Good grasping power and openness to learn
Candidate should have their own:- Two-wheeler vehicle with license, Laptop and Android mobile
