Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
- Ability to plan and execute.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
- 6 Days Working Tuesday week off.
CTC: Upto 5LPA + Incentives.
