JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACADEMIC CONSULTANT -
We are looking for an Academic Consultant (AC) who is passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. He/she schedules and conducts structured counseling sessions. Through this session, the AC analyses a student's need for company and helps him/her buy the subscription. ACs at Company are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality. So, if you love interacting with people, are extremely student-centric and are committed to spread personalized learning, then we are looking for you.
- Candidate will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.
- Candidates will be given database and they have to do cold calling and setup meeting at students place. - Candidate will be required to visit and arrange demonstration activities to customer's places.
- Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.
- To prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on the assigned markets, meet students and nurture the accounts with a goal of student enrolment on our program.
- To implement feedback received on training program and co-coordinating with the training division for improvisation
Sundays Working (Weekly Off on Monday or Wednesday)
