Academian - Trainee - Business Development & Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in the EdTech space. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our educational solutions, all while learning and growing in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and other potential clients.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth areas.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Support the creation of engaging content (blogs, articles, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with our brand and audience.
- Assist in managing and updating our website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide support for onboarding new clients and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in solving their issues.
- Gather customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements in our offerings.
Collaboration & Learning:
- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) to execute strategies that drive growth.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recent Postgraduate in Business, Marketing.
- Strong interest in Business Development, Marketing, and the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
