Acadecraft is hiring for a back office executive having excellent communication skills who will be responsible for communicating with online customers and internal teams. This position consists of back-end/ operations duties (90% Non-voice, 10% Voice process).
Job Description :
- Good Written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience in handling international clients and customers
- Initiate chat conversation on the website through Chat services, Messenger services etc
- Emailing the customer and internal team for a quick resolution
- Making sure payment and delivery of the services is never gets delayed
- Engaging online visitors and guide them through the services
- Helping the customers with their online payments
- Helping customers in getting their purchased products in-time
- Resolving customer grievances and queries with the help internal team
- Communicating with the internal team to fix the issue raised by customer
- Raising a ticket to the tech team ASAP after an issue was reported by the customer
- Patiently listening to customer's query and wishfully resolving them
- Understanding of the overall customer journey on a ecommerce platform
- Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in a collaborative environment
- Flair for customer/client service with a positive learning aptitude and ability to perform
- Should have solution-oriented and committed to make it right resolution
- Time management, planning, and scheduling skills
