AbleCold is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking individuals with high-energy, highly motivated to work in ambiguity, and has interpersonal and cross-functional skills to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the complete sales process from generating leads to contract negotiation / signing with clients
Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email,social networks,events,etc.)
Driving growth and hitting sales targets
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Required skills/experience:
Prior experience of 3-5 years in B2B sales desired
You are a naturally strong leader and facilitator with proven experience leading diverse competences
You have an entrepreneurial drive, you can navigate in unknown, and you are able to act with any different stakeholders
You are a great networker, easily building trustful relationships
You have a strong ability to think strategic and make things happen
You like to solve problems and find new solutions
You are highly self-motivated and forward-thinking person who is always asking questions to challenge convention
You have a strong ability to identify development opportunities contribution to innovative and profitable B2B business
You are a hustler and Go-getter with the intent and willingness to get things done
Fluency in English, Hindi and regional languages would be an advantage
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen and industry expertise
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
