We work with select existing cold storage and reefer owners. The Role :
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Handling of 4-5 key Customer Accounts
- Responsibility and Ownership of being the Single Point of Contact for the assigned customers
- Listening to the Customer's requests/complaints and provide a response/solution within 15 minutes
- Reaching out to the right person internally to get the problem resolved for the customer. Example: if there is any issue with the transportation, inform the Fleet Manager and ask for a resolution
- Establish long term relationships with the Assigned Customer's through routine follow ups and meetings.
- Following up with all the customers once a week to check whether everything is running fine and to take note of all the problems being faced.
2. Working under the supervision of the City Head and the Operations Manager
- Report to the Operations Manager if something is not getting resolved with the team.
- Second level of escalation to the City Head if Operations Manager is not able to resolve
- Reporting to the Operations Manager every week to explain the feedback received from the customers.
- Reporting to the City every month to explain the critical issues reported by the customer and the resolution systems implemented
Required skills/experience :
- High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch and have a sense of ownership
- Willingness to roll your sleeves and hustle for ad-hoc problem solving whenever operational need arises.
- Previous start-up experience is preferable.
