Role and Responsibilities :

- Handling of assigned key customer accounts

- Establish long-term relationships with the Assigned Customer through routine follow-ups and meetings

Responsibility and Ownership of being the Single Point of Contact for the assigned customers.

- Listening to the Customer's requests/complaints and providing a response/solution

- Reach out to the right person internally to get the problem resolved for the customer. For example: if there is any issue with the transportation, inform the Fleet Manager and ask for a resolution.

- Follow up with all the customers once a week to check whether everything is running fine and to take note of all the problems being faced.

Required skills/experience :

- High energy with a zeal to build a business from scratch and have a sense of ownership.

- Willingness to roll your sleeves and hustle for ad-hoc problem solving whenever the operational need arises.

- Previous start-up experience is preferable.
