AbleCold Logistics - Executive - Lead Generation (1-2 yrs)
About AbleCold Logistics :
We work with select existing cold storage and reefer owners. With the AbleCold operating system and the use of smart technology, we streamline operations to improve service standards while maintaining costs.
Our innovative business model - asset-light, tech-enabled, integrated supply chain management - enables us to have higher service reliability, customized solutions, and faster access to markets than existing players.
We are currently operational in 17 cities with core team members from IITs, IIMs, and Harvard.
Roles and Responsibilities of Candidate :
- Lead Generation through internet and other sources
- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (120-150 calls per day)
- Schedule meetings and Product demonstrations.
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales
- Managers via cold calling, outbound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other direct marketing methods.
- Proactive, Decisive and independent thinker and should be open to research for new avenues.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualifications: Graduate or Master's (Sales preferred)
- Experience in logistics and supply chain domain will be preferred (1-2years)
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Excellent convincing skills, presentation skills
- Time management skills are essential
- Maintain focus and priorities while handling multiple tasks
- Should be ready to take challenges and new initiatives
- A naturally curious and passionate attitude
- Full time available ( In Bangalore)
