AbhiBus - Executive - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the private bus industry in India. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian bus transportation market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and identify potential clients in the Indian private bus transportation sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific transportation needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our bus services to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of contracts and smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and build networks.
- Address client concerns and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
