Job Summary :
Name of the Position : Sales Manager (Food, Health and Pharma Ingredients)
- Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager with experience in Food, Nutraceuticals and Pharma Ingredients. Candidate should either have Food technologist background or B. Pharma. Other candidates need not apply.
- Education: B Sc / B Tech in Food Science & Technology with MBA (Marketing) .
- Minimum experience: 2-3 years Sales & Marketing experience in Nutracuiticals and food supplements .
Desirable Experience:
- Candidates will be preferred with an experience in the area of protein science and technology and Health supplements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Part of the team of Sales Executives across the zone.
- Achieve the target set by regional /area manager and their respective team.
- Adopting feasible marketing and sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client / product through consistent market research.
- Market intelligence gathering & competitor bench marking of best practices.
- Identify and develop the short and long- term goal of the sales team in line with company sales target.
- Coordinate with marketing team for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal Level for building a prospective client database. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that is suitable to them
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
Key Skills :
- Conversant in Hindi/English and local language ( Marathi in Mumbai & Hindi/Punjabi in Delhi )., B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Science & Technology with MBA in marketing.
- Dairy/Food/Health/Nutra industry. Handled big and medium accounts. Complete knowledge of Food Technology for resolving customer issues and doubts on the spot.
