Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Affiliate Executives, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved. Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme. Work with Affiliate Executives to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.

- Experience in Email & Affiliate Marketing for getting the best results out of mailers, banners and Text Ads.

- Hands on experience with tracking platforms.

- Understanding of all modes of Media Buying - CPM, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, CPI, CPR etc.

- Negotiating terms on CPM, CPC & CPL basis.

- Recruiting & managing existing affiliates.

- Work closely with development team to guide them to make website and app ready for affiliate promotions.

- Affiliate Business Development.

- Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate ecommunications such as e-Newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.

- Monitor affiliate activity, ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

- Should work as a publisher and Advertiser based on the modules.

- Onboarding, setting up of campaigns, testing and error-free execution of campaigns.

- Need to respond to affiliate queries and concerns.

- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.

- Identify & negotiate with affiliates for banner placements based on performance.

- Monitor affiliate performance, review transactions and handle commission payout.

- Open towards delivering additional assigned tasks.

- To work with the Digital marketing team closely for affiliate promotions.

- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines and pressure.

- Good expertise in digital marketing also is highly preferred.
