ABEC - Project Head - Sales (12-16 yrs)
1. Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
2. Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
3. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
4. In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
5. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
5. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence
6. Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
7. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
8. Holding regular meeting with entire team
9. Educating sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
10. Determination of the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
Overseeing construction and dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
11. Post-event evaluation
12. Providing follow-up with the clients to find out if the event was considered successful
13. Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
14. Ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
