Location: Vasna, Vadodara [will involve within city travel on need basis]
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and expansion of our IT solutions & services.
- Identify potential clients and markets for pitching our solutions.
- Service and connect effectively with existing or incoming clients to provide them with need-based solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and lead the sales & servicing efforts to achieve revenue targets.
- Be aware of market dynamics and competition to stay ahead in the industry
- Act as primary point of contact for client queries, inquiries, escalations and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Knowledge competencies:
- Demonstrate customer centric behavior and solve problems for the customer
- Be results driven with the focus to meet & exceed targets
- Ability to learn on-the-go and work independently as well as a part of the team
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler (with valid driver's license) is a must-have. Reimbursements on fuel will be made per company policy.
