Aavana - Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers and generate leads.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor/Post graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales and marketing success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM soft.
