Aashni + Co - Associate - Customer Success (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer complaints & grievances.
- Resolving customer's query via emails and phone calls.
- Keeping track of the orders and arranging required styles on request.
- Resolving queries on social media on posts and direct messages.
- Forwarding queries to concerned Team.
- Upselling on the desired products
Required Experience/Skills/Education :
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience (fashion ecom based preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques
Timings :
We are looking at covering the entire 24 hours in a day, 7 days a week, to ensure that our clients have assistance at all times.
1st Shift : Start - 10:00:00 AM - End - 6:30:00 PM
2nd Shift : Start - 6:00:00 PM - End - 2:30:00 AM
3rd Shift : Start - 2:00:00 AM - End - 10:30:00 AM
