Aanvii Hearing - Area Sales Manager (3-15 yrs)
- Perform market research in areas of competition, prospective clients and potential for new business.
- Provide technological guidance and arranging training for newly launched hearing aids for the team members.
- Ensure augmenting growth, generating new business and devising & executing business plans by leveraging comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
- Proficient in developing and implementing market positioning strategies for the Diagnostics Sales along with contributing to build the knowledge and capabilities of products at the area level.
- Work on alliances and partnership with other healthcare brands for cross Marketing and generating more direct leads.
- Developed strategic business relationships with health-care partners and customers.
- Look after ATL and BTL marketing activities in the area Play a significant role in conducting several programmes and Round Table Discussions with doctors and setting up.
- Direction Camps Organize special meeting with doctors and healthcare professions through medical representatives according to their daily, weekly and monthly planning.
- Leading a team of 40 to 50 clinics with respect to sales, services, follow ups and closures. Leading marketing campaigns to increase promotion of hearing aids and to spread brand awareness.
- Dealing with customers in B2C formats and supervising post sales services.
- Handling Key Accounts.
- Promoting Aanvii brand across the region.
- Provide accurate and punctual forecasting reports on a monthly basis Growth and Scale for the region in Business, Partnerships, Customers, Devices and Tests.
