AANS Technologies - Executive - Sales (3-4 yrs)
Sales executive would be responsible for Building Sales through various Channels, ensure smooth deliveries to customers and maintaining healthy relationships with customers.
Responsibility Deliverable
1. Sourcing leads, Data Mining
2. Follow Ups and Customer Meetings
3. Negotiation and Deal Closures
4. Co-ordinating commitments for Delivery of Cars
5. Develop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into Sales Manager
Tasks & Activities
Sourcing Leads and Data Mining
1. Checking car condition, specification sheets and stock layout at store
2. Taking Photos and Uploading Cars on websites
3. Maintaining healthy customer relationships for references
4. Getting customers to give positive reviews on online platforms
Follow Ups and Customer Meetings
1. Data Entry of Leads
2. Customer Calls, and Co-ordination for Visits
3. Data Entry of Follow ups
4. Showing Customer the Cars matching his requirement and Sharing all product information
5. Checking other dealer stock sheets and exploring cross-sell options
Negotiation and Deal closures :
1. Price Negotiations and deal finalization (after price aprovals from management)
2. Preparing necessary documents for the deal
Co-ordinating commitments for Delivery of Cars
1. Communication on refurbishment commitments to team members
2. Check the car before delivery day
3. Helping customer to complete payments
4. Deliver the car to the customer with signatures on necessary documents
5. Customer feedback after one week
- Filling up all reports for above activities as directed by management
- Develop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into Sales Manager
Measurement Metrics :
1. On Time Follow Ups
2. On Time Stock Uploads
3. No. of Cars Sold
4. GP of Cars Sold
