Aamyra Group - Executive - Telecalling (0-3 yrs)
- Collect data through selective primary research like cold calling and running surveys & Analyzing the data collected through Primary and Secondary sources, synthesizing it and presenting the findings in clear and concise function.
- Needs to Call Brokers ( Collected by Sales Manager )
- Follow-Up Interested Brokers
- Insist Brokers to visit office
- Maintain high degree of Customer Relationship and Maintain the customer database and follow up for Business Development, develop leads.
- Manage all aspects of marketing and business development aiming at Organizational growth and Follow up with all the Brokers handled by Sales manager
- Coordinate with Operation Staff for any backend related queries.
- Business Development, retaining old customers & adding new customers for Company.
- Responsible for making and answering customer service calls and providing timely resolution to the customers and Maintaining proper records of all the calls with the resolution provided to the customer.
- Handling all the escalated calls so as to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for answering calls for sales as well as customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing first call resolution to the customers.
- Any other task that may be assigned by superiors and Preparation of Daily Reports & Monthly reports.
- Improving the overall customer Service, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
- To arrange meeting between customer and relationship managers of branch to provide better services.
- Mapping client's requirements & providing expert advisory services.
- Auditing the calls of the CSR's and giving them feedback and To co-ordinate with customer for better services.
- Achieving sales quotas on month to month basis.
- Cementing healthy relation with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities. Learning about your organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes and maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company.
- Assisting and providing solution to Brokers and Client Queries, Request and Complaints.
- Pitching and promoting company different Retail liability and investment products to the clients as per their specific needs
