Aamoid Media Labs - Content Writer (1-2 yrs)
We require a Content writer for our company a proactive and creative writer who can work on social media, blogs, digital ads and more. A versatile content writer, who can write all types of content.
Key accountabilities includes:
1. Create, edit, and manage content for both internal and external audiences across multiple channels including customer-facing help content, internal knowledge base, developer documentation, etc.
2. Deliver a consistent and cohesive voice across all of the CRM platform training content and documentation
3. Support team to understand business requirements and translate them to training content create and implement new content on various communication channels; identify and resolve content gaps
4. Contribute to the team's effort in consistently deliver a delightful support experience
5. Understand and define all facets of the CRM customer journey, and identify key areas of strategic importance for targeted audience.
6. Content Strategy on Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest etc. Boosting and promotion of a post on social media platforms like Facebook & other pages.
