Aamayr Estate Pvt. Ltd. [Goregaon West] is looking to employ a Sales & Marketing Executive as part of our team who will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing leads from marketing team and pursuing clients on call for site visits along with doing follow ups.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to potential customers via email, website leads and cold calling
- Meeting with potential clients to market current projects
- Schedule and meet with clients for site visits
- Door to door marketing and sales for exclusive projects
Required Skills needed:
- Aggressive sales personality to convince buyer
- Extremely friendly personality and should be able to talk to anyone and everyone
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi written ready and writing skills
- Looking for a confident marketing and sales candidate to represent the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelors (Preferred)
- Fluent English communication
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Emailing
- Should be a decent and talkative person with good confidence.
- Should be organized in their work and plan work strategy daily.
