- Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
- As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales by selling apartments. Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate with experience in apartment sales will be preferred

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the property.
- Answering questions about the property.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and explaining/showing them required projects
- Nurturing existing as well as new clients
- Calling & Scheduling site visits with clients.
- Review /feedback of site visit.
- Sending required property details to clients & scheduling visits.
- Project Identification and collaboration.
- Coordinating with developers on monthly basis for inventory count verification.
- Maintaining Social media.
- Should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis in crm.
- Should be able to use his own skills to get projects and closing the deals.
- Desire to work to full-fill customer requirements.
-Should speak & understand English, Hindi, Telugu.
