Desired Profile -
1. Must be Graduate.
2. Should be of Pleasing Personality
3. Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must )
3. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attending In-bound calls and counseling students for Medical and Engineering exam preparation courses.
- Making outbound calls on the leads provided by the support team (Marketing, Admin-support, online leads, etc.).
- Should have a good technical understanding of education specific, e-learning and other digital education products.
- Should have the capability to understand the requirements of the student/ parent and to be able to convince and convert for admission.
Anticipate students (Internal and External) needs, provide the service & constantly seek new ways to create interest in the company's products and services basis need of students.
- Should be able to handle target based Sales.
Salary: 2 Lacs per annum to 3.50 Lacs + Incentives/ Day Shifts
